John Ughulu is a Philanthropist, Strategist, Motivational Speaker and a Trainer. John helps Individuals and Organizations achieve their Strategic goals.
He also has a passion for assisting, coaching and mentoring the youth. He knows the importance of education in today’s world and has dedicated so many years of his life advocating for youth education.
John's dad transitioned to eternity when he was in high school and John understands the struggle involved to be raised by a single parent. For this reason, he chose to spend the rest of his life assisting, coaching and mentoring children and young adults.

John Ughulu Foundation offers youths an opportunity to work with a caring coach and mentor to improve their ability to develop a positive attitude towards their future. The long-term goal of John Ughulu Foundation is to empower the young person to step into their greatness by understanding the power of having a positive mindset.

Our goals for the youth are as follows;
1. To help the youth identify and uphold their values.
2. To listen to their complaints, concerns, and challenges, and act as a non-judgemental sounding board for their ideas.
3. To provide empowering emotional and motivational support, especially during crucial decision-making phases and times of opportunities.
3. To help the youth identify and eliminate limiting beliefs.
4. To help the youth form a clearer and more realistic vision of their future.
5. To work with them, to formulate an action plan, and motivate them to stay committed to their progress towards their goals.
